Institut Bisnis IT&B proudly hosted a special talkshow featuring Bapak Ir. Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, M.M., a respected public figure and leader, who shared valuable insights with students and academic staff. The event was held at the IT&B Business Institute auditorium and was attended by hundreds of students, lecturers, and university leaders.
The talkshow carried the theme of leadership, integrity, and the role of young generations in shaping Indonesia’s future. In his speech, Bapak Basuki emphasized the importance of character, resilience, and critical thinking for students who aspire to become future leaders in business, government, and society.
“Success is not only measured by achievement, but also by how we hold on to values of honesty, responsibility, and care for others. I believe the younger generation, including students of IT&B Business Institute, has a great opportunity to bring positive change for our nation,” said Bapak Ir. Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, M.M.

The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where students had the opportunity to directly ask questions about leadership, challenges in governance, and the values that guide Bapak Basuki in his professional and personal journey.
