The Dairi Regency Government (Pemkab) invites the IT&B Business Institute (IB IT&B) to collaborate in holding open and mutation selection participant assessments, filling pratama high leadership positions within the Dairi Regency Government.
The assessment was carried out on 19 and 20 November 2019, at the Dairi Regent’s Office, Sidikalang.
The assessment activity was also attended by Nikous Sihombing as Chair of the Selection Committee, as well as Head of the Human Resources Development and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Dairi Regency Government, Suasta Ginting.
In conducting assessments, IB IT&B is supported by psychologists and ABA Tools from the United Kingdom, as well as Human Resource Training & Empowerment Indonesia (HRTE Indonesia).
IT&B Managing Director Agus Susanto hopes that through this assessment will increase the Human Resources (HR) in the Dairi Regency, in accordance with the motto of The Right Man in The Right Place.
“This time we held an assessment for 31 employees at the Dairi Regency Government and are expected to continue in 2020,” Agus said, as written in his statement.
The Rector of IB IT&B Rosita Bangun welcomed the cooperation. According to her, the assessment will continue with training so that the quality of staffs in the Dairi Regency Government can improve and become reliable.
