IT&B Business Institute has again received an award from Bank Central Asia (BCA) for the Collaborative Partnership category at the 2024 BCA Networking Party which was held virtually on June 12, 2024.
Vice Chancellor III of IT&B Business Institute, Ir. Albert Masli, S.E., S.P., M.M., M.Pd. attended the 2024 BCA Networking Party virtually with other universities that are partners of Bank Central Asia (BCA).
Albert Masli expressed his gratitude and pride for the award from Bank Central Asia (BCA) to IT&B Business Institute for the second time.
“IT&B Business Institute has received the Collaborative Partnership Award for two consecutive years. The first time when we received the award, we were invited to attend an activity at the BCA Learning Institute in Sentul, Bogor. The second one was carried out virtually and was presented directly by a representative of Bank Central Asia from the province of North Sumatra,” said Ir. Albert Masli.
Albert Masli also explained that the universities that were invited and received the award were campuses whose alumni or students work at Bank Central Asia.
Yesterday, on October 31, 2024, one of the representatives of Bank Central Asia Main Branch Office (KCU) Diponegoro Medan, Suwenty Cuwita visited the IT&B Business Institute Building to present the award to the IT&B Business Institute.
Meanwhile, the Managing Director of the IT&B Business Institute, Prof. (Assoc) Dr. Agus Susanto Tan who was accompanied by the Vice Chancellor III of the IT&B Business Institute, Ir. Albert Masli, S.E., S.P., M.M., M.Pd. when receiving the award said that collaboration between the banking industry and campuses is one thing that needs to be maintained and carried out continuously.
“Bank Central Asia and the IT&B Business Institute have collaborated quite intensively in the last few years. IT&B Business Institute educates students to become superior human resources and ready to enter the world of careers, while Bank Central Asia will continue to educate the results of campus education after graduating from college or students who are undergoing the Bakti Internship program,” said Dr. Agus Susanto Tan.
Dr. Agus Susanto Tan said, hopefully this collaboration can continue to be established and bring blessings to the IT&B Business Institute and Bank Central Asia.
Representative of Bank Central Asia Main Branch Office (KCU) Diponegoro Medan, Suwenty Cuwita said, the presentation of the appreciation plaque for the Collaborative Partnership could be realized because of the good cooperation between BCA and the IT&B Business Institute.

Students or alumni who work at BCA show quite high abilities, characters, and fighting spirit, very suitable for our organizational culture. Hopefully in the future this kind of cooperation can continue to be implemented so that it can be for prospective young bankers to do real work, “said Suwenty Cuwita.
