In celebration of Christmas and New Year 2025, Institut Bisnis IT&B organized a Christmas Celebration event at the Hall of Institut Bisnis IT&B, Medan – North Sumatra, on Friday (20/12/2024).
The Christmas and New Year 2025 celebration carried the theme: “The Light of Christmas, Bringing New Hope to the World, and Love Can Change the World.” The event was attended by representatives of Yayasan Tunas Andalan Nusa, the rectorate, heads of study programs, lecturers, department heads, administrative staff, and employees who serve at Institut Bisnis IT&B.
The Vice Rector III of Institut Bisnis IT&B and also the Chairman of the Christmas Celebration Organizing Committee, Ir. Albert Masli, S.E., S.P., M.M., M.Pd, stated that the purpose of the Christmas and New Year 2025 celebration was to strengthen togetherness and foster good relations among the Institut Bisnis IT&B family.
“This Christmas and New Year 2025 celebration is a concrete manifestation and an implementation of the concept of Religious Moderation among different faiths. It is hoped that this event can serve as an example and role model for the institution to spread positive energy through tolerance and mutual respect among religious communities. Specifically, the Institut Bisnis IT&B family is encouraged to maintain harmony while carrying out their roles and responsibilities within the institution,” said Ir. Albert Masli, S.E., S.P., M.M., M.Pd.
Meanwhile, the Managing Director of Institut Bisnis IT&B, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Agus Susanto Tan, expressed his deep appreciation to the rectorate, heads of study programs, lecturers, and staff for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.
“On this special occasion, on behalf of Yayasan Tunas Andalan Nusa and the Management of Institut Bisnis IT&B, we wish a Merry Christmas to those who celebrate it. For those who do not, we wish you a joyful holiday with your family. May 2025 bring new enthusiasm for everyone to achieve greater accomplishments and become better individuals as we move forward together with Institut Bisnis IT&B,” said Dr. Agus Susanto Tan.
The event began with a group lunch, followed by a lucky draw with entertainment prizes from the management of Institut Bisnis IT&B. The highlight of the Christmas celebration featured a “Secret Santa” gift exchange and concluded with a sing-along and group photo session.
